Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

​

Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 4pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

​

USPS Priority delivery takes 1 to 3 business days to get to you from the date your order is processed, depending on your zip code. All orders are sent priority. For Example. NY and NJ may take 1-2 days, CA and TX can take 3 days or more.

USPS does not guarantee your package will arrive within three days.

​

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days especially during sales and holidays.

​

Shipping rates is a flat rate of $6.99 for domestic and $25 for International.

​

 The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once the shipping label is created, the estimated time and date is generated by the USPS once they receive your order to be shipped.

​

Once your order is dropped off at the USPS and is in the hands of the USPS, or the carrier in International countries, Vital Vegan has no control over the package. We cannot see where the mailman placed your package as we have no contact with the mailman, he doesn't work for us.

Seamoss Jellys are shipped from Mon to Weds, they are not shipped internationally as they will spoil in transit.

Vital Vegan NC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Vital Vegsan Inc  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
