How do you prepare Vital Vegan Inc Wild Crafted Jamaican Irish Seamoss?

Cover your Vital Vegan Inc sea moss with alkaline spring water for a minimum of 2-4 hours or overnight.

Place your sea moss in your blender and cover it with spring water (or the water you soaked it in) to about 1/2 way to 3/4 of the way covering your sea moss

Blend your sea moss on high for a minimum of 2 mins and 30 seconds.

Store it in the back of your fridge in an airtight container. This will be good for 3 weeks to a month!
How do I use my Vital Vegan Inc Wild Crafted Jamaican Sea Moss?

You can take your seamoss in a tablespoon as gel

Add your gel to your smoothies about 1-3 tablespoons

Add a tablespoon to your grains, stews, soups and beans while cooking

Use it during baking, 1/4 cup of gel equals one egg

Add your gel to your doughs and breads as a replacement for baking powder

You can use it as a face mask, burn reliever, scar remover and skin treatment. Just rub the gel on your skin, let it sit for about 20 minutes then remove.
