RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You may have the product replaced or refunded within 30 days of receipt by emailing email@example.com to see if you qualify for a refund or replacement. Please review the products and benefits of the products before purchasing. Changing your mind does not qualify for a refund. Defective products, or items not delivered may qualify for a refund.
Vital Vegan will NOT cover the cost to ship the product back to us, if it was damaged in transit. Vital Vegan will cover the cost to ship the replacement product to you.
My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?
Vital Vegan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. Please click the link below to file a claim with USPS in the event the package you are returning is lost or stolen.
How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or refunds?
The refund time MAINLY depends on your financial institution. Once, we issue it, you can call your CC company or bank to see how long it will take to process.
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and we cannot issue store credits.
We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.
We do not accept returns of opened products. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a refund.
Vital Vegan will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We do not offer exchanges.
